Sri Lanka entered in trouble after losing 7 wickets at the close of fourth day scoring 212 for seven wickets

Sri Lankan captain Dimuth Karunaratne could get only 16 runs from 28 balls, and just two boundaries. The second opener, Oshada Fernando is not out at 70 runs from 111 deliveries, including superb 9 fours.

Kusal Mendis fell for no runs by Nadeem Abbas Shah when he was caught by Babar Azam.

Angelo Mathews grabbed only 19 runs from 33 balls, and a four.

Dinesh Chandimal was out, and made only 2 runs in defensive mode from 29 deliveries.

Dhananjaya de Silva followed Chandimal but without scoring any runs in eight balls.

Earlier, Pakistan – after setting a record in its Test history that four of its top-order batsmen have struck back-to-back centuries in the second and final test in Karachi – declared their second innings at 555 runs for the loss of three wickets.

Now, Sri Lanka need 476 runs to win the match.
