Iranian Film Festival to kick off on Monday


Under the auspices of cultural consulate of Islamic republic of Iran 5 days Iranian film festival to start on Monday, 11 Dec. Maryam Aurangzab, Minister for state for Information and broadcasting and national heritage will be the chief guest in the inaugural ceremony. Cultural counselor Shahabudin Darai, DG PNCA Jamal Shah, Iranian Ambassador Mehdi Honordost and Head of Iranian Film industry delegation Ali Reza Rezazad will also be present on the occasion.
5 days film festival include five famous and Oscar award achieving films namely So Far.. So Close, Where Are My Shoes, Bodyguard, A cube of Sugar and Crazy Castle. Worth mentioning that a high level Iranian cinema and film industry delegation will also grace the occasion, which include Iranian film actors and film producers. First two film shows will be available for public on 11 and 12 of december at PNCA Islamabad. Three other films will be screened on 13, 14 and 15 dec at 15:00 hrs at Lok Virsa.
