Former Chief Ministers of Indian occupied Kashmir, Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah, have been arrested.
According to Indian media, both were arrested during house arrest, and transferred to Hari Nawas Guesthouse.
India has deployed an additional 8,000 troops in Kashmir after suspending article 370 and 35 A of the Constitution, which had granted special status to the valley.
