Police on Saturday arrested at least 36 suspects from Gulberg and Pishtakhara during a search operation.
Over 200 houses were searched during the operation in Gulberg and arrested 16 people including 12 suspected terrorists. Another four were arrested for having incomplete tenancy documents.
Drugs were recovered from the arrested suspects, police said.
Police arrested 20 people including 11 suspects from Pishtakhara and surrounding areas. During the operation two pistols, dozens of bullets and drugs.
