Lahore High Court (LHC) Chief Justice Mansoor Ali Shah on Monday summoned Punjab Inspector General Captain (retd) Arif Nawaz Khan as deadline to arrest the culprit of Zainab murder case ended.
Two days back, LHC gave a 36-hour ultimatum to Punjab IG to arrest the suspect in the case who is still at large. He is also expected to present a report of the case in the court today.
Meanwhile, a third CCTV footage has surfaced which shows the seven-year-old girl running toward the suspect after he signaled her in his direction.
It is quite evident from the footage that the man is well-known to Zainab.
