Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, who is leading the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s convoy of protesters, asked the party workers not to go past D-Chowk until they get any orders from incarcerated PTI founder Imran Khan.
“D-Chowk means D-Chowk,” said the firebrand chief minister addressing the PTI protesters in Islamabad, urging the protesters not to make further advancement after reaching the said spot for a sit-in and “protect the area”.
He demanded the federal government to allow PTI to stage a peaceful sit-in and vowed that they would not return until Khan’s directives.
On the other hand, the federal government offered the former ruling party to stage its sit-in at Sangjani and warned of strict action if they failed to comply with the orders.
