According to NADRA press release 174906 pensioners have obtained the POLC through Pak ID application while at home, 134521 availed this opportunity through NADRA Registered Centres, 24248 have obtained this facility through e-sahulat centres and 3585 through mobile registered vans. This facility is also available online or at any nearest NADRA service channel according to their convenience for proof of their life certificate, he added.
The Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, inaugurated the digital app on 20th Aug. 2026 in coordination with M/O Interior, m/o Defence, CGA and MAG office for the welfare of the pnsioners. This facility is being extended through multiple channels across the country.
Spoke person NADRA said that some elements are dilebrately misleading the pensioners. The authority said that in case of any query/complaint the pensioners may contact the NADRA help line or any e-sahulat centre at any time.
NADRA has further Clarified that if a CNIC number is not included in the list of pensioners, the pensioner must contact his parent department for doing the needful at their end.
According to NADRA sources, the easiest way to obtain the POLC is Pak ID mobile application, through which eligible pensioners can obtain the certificate digitally from home🏠 without wastage of time & money. Presently there are 988 NADRA registration & 5000 e-sahulat centre in all over the country
