The Election Commission has declared the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman ineligible for a period of five years under Article 63(h).
According to the ECP notification, the PTI chairman, who was also a member of the National Assembly from Constituency NA-45, Kurram-1, has been disqualified as a member of the National Assembly under Article 63(h).
Additionally, the PTI chairman has been sentenced to three years in prison and fined one hundred thousand rupees.
