تا دم تحریر رمضان کا اختتام بھی کوئی بہت دور نہیں لیکن ریڈیو پاکستان کے پنشنرز کے مسائل اپنی جگہ موجود ہیں اور ممکنہ تو طور جلد ہی عارضی طور پر پنشن کی کچھ رقم ادا ہو جائے لیکن اس مسلے کا مستقل حل نکلتا نظر نہیں آتا یا پھر ریڈیو کی اعلیٰ انتظامیہ اور وزارت اطلاعات خود اسکا حل نہیں چاہتے
تازہ اطلاعات ہیں کہ اورباوثوق ذرائع سے خبر سوشل میڈیا پر گردش کر رہی ہے کہ سینٹر عرفان صدیقی صاحب کی کاوشوں کی بدولت ریڈیو پاکستان کو ایک خطیر رقم جلد ملنے والی ہے۔ ایسے میں اگر یہ خبر مصدقہ بھی ہے تو سوچنا یہ ہو گا کہ اس امر کی ضمانت کون دے گا کہ ریڈیو کے صدر دفتر کے لوگ یہ پیسہ پنشن کی ادئیگی میں صرف کریں اور اسے دوسری مدوں میں لگا کر پنشنرز کو پھر سے گریہ وزاری اور سینہ زنی کے لیئے نہیں چھوڑ دیں گے، ایسے میں وزارت کے حکام یا خود سینٹر عرفان صدیقی کو شفافیت کے لیئے کوئی میکزم وضع کرنا ہو گا
اسی دوران ریڈیو کے سربراہ کے درباریوں نے پنشنرز کے لیئے آواز اٹھانے والے چند افراد کے خلاف کردار کُشی اور دھمکیوں کی مہم شروع کر دی ہے اور اسکے لیئے متعلقہ افراد کے واٹس ایپ استعمال کیئے جارہے ہیں اور یہ دھمکیاں اور کردار کُشی زیادہ تر خلیجی ممالک کے نمبروں سے کی جارہی ہے، اس کی تفصیل جلد ہی منظر عام پر لائی جائے گی
یہ اطلاعات بھی ہیں کہ ریڈیو سربراہ کے درباریوں کے سرغنہ مجدد انجینئر نے ڈی جی کے سامنے ایک ایسا مراسلہ رکھا جسکے ذریعے بڑے پیمانے پر ریڈیو سے لوگوں کی چھانٹی کی جا سکتی ہے۔ کہا جاتا ہے کہ ریڈیو سربراہ کو یہ مشورہ دیا گیا ہے کہ اس مراسلے کی بنیاد پر زیادہ تر پروگرام کے لوگوں سے جان چھڑائی جا سکتی ہے

authority i.e. Prime Minister of Pakistan has been pleased to approve Civil Servants (Directory
Retirement from Service) (Repeal) Rules, 2022. The copy of Gazette Notification S.R.O. No.
698(1)/2022 dated 30.05.2022 is enclosed herewith.
2. All the Ministries I Divisions are requested to bring this decision to the notice of all
Attached Departments I Subordinates Offices, under their administrative control, for compliance /
further necessary action.

S. R 0. 698(1)12022.-In exercise of the ,powers conferred by subsection (I) of section 25 of the Civil ServantsAct, 1973 (LXXI of 1973) read
with ~otikcatio” No. s.R.’o. 120(1)/98, dated the fith’ February, 1998, the
Prime Minister is pleased to make the followingrules, namely:-
1.’ Short title and commencement-(l) Theserules shall be called . . the Civil Servants (Directory Retirement from Service) (Repeal) Rules, 2022.
(2) These rules shall come into force at once and shall be deemed to
have taken effect on and from commencement of the Civil Seryants(Directbry I, Retirement from Service). Rules, 2020.
2. ‘~e~eal.41) The Civil. Servant (Direcfory ~etirement froin
service) Rules,’ 2020 are hereby repealed,
. (2). On repeal under sub-rule (I), any actions taken, proceedings
initiated,.pending or co’ncluded, recommendations or decisions made, orders
passed or notifications issued under’the repealed rules are hereby recalled and
shall have no legal effect whatsoever and no inferences shall be drawn against
civil servants affected or suffered under the’repealed.rules solely for the reason
that proceedings of directory retirement under the repealed rules were,initiated or
finalized. . .. . .
