Islamabad and the federal territories have recorded 64 new cases collectively, according to government data. No deaths were reported.
Following is a breakdown of the cases in each territory:
Islamabad: 16 cases
Azad Jammu and Kashmir: 5 cases
Gilgit Baltistan: 43 cases
Punjab has recorded 96 new cases of the novel coronavirus as well as two deaths, according to the government’s Covid-19 portal.
The number of cases in the province is 96,636 while the death toll is 2,195.
